Through the power packed strength, agility and endurance boot camps, H.E.A.T. provides
a challenging, fun and team oriented environment for individuals of ALL fitness levels. It is important to remember that everyone has different goals. Our various boot camps promote
mind/body training by incorporating both desired physical goals and mental wellness. Each individual
may put a higher value on certain goals, but we feel that all results attained through
H.E.A.T. Boot camps are equally important:

Co-ed I Boot Camp:
This camp allows team members who are just starting off in their fitness journey to learn the fundamentals and proper technique that are necessary to reach optimal results. Through combining the use of medicine balls, resistance bands, your own body weight, and free weights this camp provides an hour of resistance training, core training, and cardiovascular training. Geared towards beginners, these workouts yield results of toning and shredding off that extra body fat.
Co-ed II Boot Camp:
Getting you to your goals is our mission; therefore, as you master the fundamentals of our program you may be advanced into our Coed 2 program. Although we using similar methods as Coed 1, this camp provides a level of intensity and challenge more appropriate for intermediate to the advanced individual.
Elite CrossFit Affiliate Boot Camp (CrossFit)
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual. This camp is designed to increase endurance, increase strength, build lean muscle, and reduce body fat. We incorporate both indoor and outdoor training through the use of Russian kettle bells, power lifting movements, gymnastics, medicine balls, body weight, free Weights and several other methods. If your ready for an added push in your workout, let our highly trained CrossFit experts provide a training structure unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
Saturday Boot Camp Challenge:
Teamwork and accountability are major components of H.E.A.T.’s philosophy. Therefore, each Saturday morning all camps and several trainers come together for one super sized boot camp. We encourage people to think outside of the box and experience varying components to physical fitness that go beyond the boundaries of the gym. With this concept in mind we alternate each Saturday between: kayaking, swimming, speed soccer, hoover ball, cardio tennis, touch football, and various team challenges.
Private Boot Camp:
As a testament to our goal to bring fitness to everyone, H.E.A.T. provides private boot camp sessions to those who are unable to attend the scheduled boot camps. If you have a group of friends, family members, or co-workers who would like to get fit, here is your chance. You organize the group (min of 5) and tell us the desired area of Austin, Round Rock, or San Marcos and we bring boot camp to you.
