The fitness assessment is the foundation for a client's personal training
program. Each program is designed specifically to meet YOUR needs. The first session
will be spent discussing "why" training is desired. Below the surface level of "just to lose weight"
or "to look better", always lies the true motivation of why we seek to better our physical
appearance. It is only when those true reasons are illuminated, can the real work begin.
With those factors determined, the trainer will then take you through a physical
fitness test determining starting body fat percentage, circumference measurements, body
weight, weak muscles, cardiovascular conditioning and your postural alignment. Do not fear!
These are only starting point indicators. The first achievement is starting the program, the
second is sticking to it. Numbers are numbers and do not always define results!!
