With Cody's boot camps you will never get bored or stuck in a rut. He has the most innovative ways to get your body in calorie burning mode. Where he comes up with some of the workouts...I'm not sure, but he definitely knows how to keep things interesting. After every workout...you leave feeling like you've really challenged yourself...in a way that you can't do on your own. It’s totally worth it. Your muscles will burn and your body will change...all while having fun!

Let me tell you about these Boot Camp classes, if you've never been to one before. I have to admit, I've seen the little signs in and around Austin about Boot Camp classes, and every time I'd just shrug them off think that's totally not something I'm interested in. I spend between 1 and 2 hours a day at the gym, 3-5 times a week, so I figured they'd be too slow and too boring. Boy, was I wrong. After the first Boot Camp, I was sore for 2 days... and after this past Tuesday's class, I felt like the all the time I spend a the gym is a waste, because I have never felt like I've gotten as complete of a workout at the gym as I do at these classes. I STRONGLY recommend trying it out, because you may be as surprised at how fun and how exhausting it is as I was.

I've never lost weight so fast and had so much fun while doing it! Cody is a great motivator and his knowledge about exercise and muscle groups helped me work more efficiently to get the pounds off. Exercising with others really forced me to work harder than I would have worked on my own. Loved every minute of it!

"My husband and I fell into the cliche that most couples do...we got a little 'comfortable' and needed help finding our old, hot selves! We joined H.E.A.T. Boot Camp at the beginning of the summer to get in shape for our vactaion trip to Puerto Rico. We were so happy with the results that we continued with our 30th birthdays in mind. We're celebrating our 30th birthday and are extremely happy with our results, though we have a ways to go. We highly recommend Cody as a trainer; he's very professional and great to work wit! He understands our different level of fitness and knows just how hard to push each of us. We've worked hard with the torture...er...help of Cody. Ok, I'm kidding around!!! We're not going to lie, it's hard work, but at the same time you get back what you put in. We look and feel great and can't wait to turn back the scale with a little HEAT!"

I started running four years ago, and since then have run 4 half marathons. Cody and HEAT Boot Camp have really helped me fill in the pieces that were missing from my training program. I have gained the strength and conditioning I need to not only run longer distances, but to run more efficiently. I’ll be running the full marathon in 2008!

Although I lifted weights consistently at the gym before joining boot camp, I never focused on my overall cardiovascular strength and fitness. My first fitness assessment had me running a mile in excess of 11 minutes and feeling every minute of it. Now after two full sessions of boot camp, my assessment mile time has dropped to 6 minutes and 45 seconds and I feel that I am in the best shape of my life, in both physical and cardiovascular strength.

I found not only motivation at camp but twelve accountability partners. H.E.A.T. inspires me to be healthy and has been the much needed encouragement that is helping me change my life!
