We are not your ordinary boot camp; we redefine the expectations of group training. Our philosophy combines several styles of training in order to broaden the scope of how to become fit. H.E.A.T is one of the few group training systems in Austin that provides an indoor and outdoor component at all of our locations. Through the power packed strength, agility and endurance boot camps, H.E.A.T. provides a challenging, fun and team oriented environment for individuals of ALL fitness levels. In our eyes, everyone has the ability to be an athlete. So whether you are an athlete just starting off in your fitness journey or need a new path, we incorporate several styles and methods into our program that will exceed your expectations.


It is important to remember that everyone has different goals. Our various boot camps promote mind/body training by incorporating both desired physical goals and mental wellness. Each individual may put a higher value on certain goals, but we feel that all results attained through H.E.A.T. boot camps are equally important:

Who Joins H.E.A.T. Boot Camp?

Our camps are designed for individuals looking for a change in their workout, who have lost motivation to exercise , who are bored of the gym, or simply need a jump start back into fitness. We maintain a low client-to-trainer ratio allowing us to provide one on one attention with each member. Teammates will learn the fundamentals and proper technique that are necessary to reach optimal personal results. These camps last approximately 1 hour, and yield results of shredding off body fat and replacing with lean muscle.


How Does the Schedule Work?

We offer flexiblity that allows you to participate in any of the camps listed on our schedule. You simply purchase credits in the amount of 1,5,10,20,30, or 50 packs and use them to fit your schedule. You can start at anytime and you never have to worry about preparing to join camp as we set the bar at your level when you join.


Elite Boot Camp

This camp provides an intense and challenging workout for the more advanced athlete. Rooted in cross training methodologies, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual. This camp is designed to increase endurance, increase strength, build lean muscle, and reduce body fat. If you are ready for an added push in your workout, let our highly trained cross training experts provide a training structure unlike anything you have ever experience. You must be preapproved to sign up for this camp and requires that you have a good understanding on how to lift weights, have a moderate endurance level, and can dedicate yourself to at least 3 afternoon camps each week.


Saturday Boot Camp

Teamwork and accountablity are major components of H.E.A.T.'s philosophy. Every Saturday morning we meet at 9:00am for one big camp that is rooted in full body functional training. On occasion, we take our camp on a field trip and think outside of the "fitness box" through special workouts: Swim Camp at Barton Springs, Kayaking on Lady Bird Lake, and even team sports!


Private Boot Camp

As a testament to our goal to bring fitness to everyone, H.E.A.T. provides private boot camp sessions to those who are unable to attend the scheduled boot camps. If you have a group of friends, family members, or co-workers who would like to get fit, here is your chance. You organize the group of at least 5 members, and tell us the desired area of Austin.
