With Cody's boot camps you will never get bored or stuck in a rut. He has the most innovative ways to get your body in calorie burning mode. Where he comes up with some of the workouts...I'm not sure, but he definitely knows how to keep things interesting. After every workout...you leave feeling like you've really challenged yourself...in a way that you can't do on your own. It’s totally worth it. Your muscles will burn and your body will change...all while having fun!

Let me tell you about these Boot Camp classes, if you've never been to one before. I have to admit, I've seen the little signs in and around Austin about Boot Camp classes, and every time I'd just shrug them off think that's totally not something I'm interested in. I spend between 1 and 2 hours a day at the gym, 3-5 times a week, so I figured they'd be too slow and too boring. Boy, was I wrong. After the first Boot Camp, I was sore for 2 days... and after this past Tuesday's class, I felt like the all the time I spend a the gym is a waste, because I have never felt like I've gotten as complete of a workout at the gym as I do at these classes. I STRONGLY recommend trying it out, because you may be as surprised at how fun and how exhausting it is as I was.

I’m pretty disciplined in my workouts and HEAT was able to take me to the next level. I consider my time and money very well spent. The workouts are always challenging and never predictable, which keeps me motivated. The results on my body have been impressive. I now have legs and a butt! Equally important has been the camaraderie of the group. Cody has fostered a group that pushes and motivates each other. I’ve never had more fun, working so hard, sweating so much, with great results.

H.E.A.T. Boot camp is great! I love the variety; no 2 days are the same. They are caring and encouraging yet somehow manages to get me to do things I never thought I could do, and to push me way farther than I thought I could go. If you are feeling puny or have an injury, they modify the workouts for you. I have participated in other boot camps and the personalized instruction in HEAT can't be beat! HEAT boot camp is like getting a personalized trainer at a group rate. Everything Cody does is first class. He goes out of his way to bring us experts in their fields. We go to a top notch boxing gym twice a month, he brings in a top yoga instructor, we have cardio tennis, you get the picture. All his staff are great people and very knowledgeable. Saturdays are a lot of fun, and Cody always goes the extra mile to make sure of it. There is lots of variety and fun through team sports, friendly competitions, etc. The people I've met are really nice and Saturday team breakfast gives me time to socialize. I've been a participant of HEAT for over a year, it seems to be one habit I don't want to break!

I have done different boot camps before. I’ve been a gym rat to a runner and I have to say that I enjoy my workouts at HEAT most of all. I find them not only challenging but enjoyable. I have made some friends in class and I think the instructors/coaches are top in their field, Cody is amazing!

As a lifelong athlete (and former collegiate volleyball-er) I’m a tough critic when it comes to trainers, camps and workouts. I doubted that I could match the intensity of my college trainers and the camaraderie and fun of working out with my college teammates. However, Cody and HEAT Boot camp have done that in a way that fits my post-college-sports life. The workouts are challenging, innovative, always fun and working out with a small group feels like I have a new set of teammates. What’s even more awesome about Cody is the personal attention you get in each workout. This is not the one-size-fits-all boot camp. This is truly unique from any boot camp or group workout I have ever experienced.

finding our old, hot selves! We joined H.E.A.T. Boot Camp at the beginning of the summer to get in shape
for our vactaion trip to Puerto Rico. We were so happy with the results that we continued with our 30th birthdays
in mind. We're celebrating our 30th birthday and are extremely happy with our results, though we have a ways to go.
We highly recommend Cody as a trainer; he's very professional and great to work wit! He understands our different
