Cory Camp

A former nationally ranked swimmer, Cory was inspired to get into coaching and training once his days in the pool were finished. He obtained his CSCS and CPT from NSCA to compliment his exercise science degree from the University of Delaware. Prior to coaching at HEAT, Cory spent a bulk of his fitness time as the assistant fitness director at Columbia Country Club in D.C.

Nope! The name 'HEAT' is an acronym for High-Energy Athletic Training. The studio is kept at a comfortable 66 degrees to ensure you stay cool while you work.
Everyone Runs Their Own Race. Our workouts are challenging but designed to be scalable for all levels. Your expert coach will adjust exercises to match your personal goals and needs.
We offer a 14-day trial for all new campers so you can experience our camps and decide if HEAT is the right fit for you before committing to one of our options that work for your lifestyle and schedulez
