I grew up in a humble family exploring every sport imaginable, diving headfirst into a world of athletics and training that has defined my life. This lifelong immersion in sports not only instilled discipline and perseverance but also ignited a passion that carried me to new heights.

Earning a Division I Track scholarship at The University of Texas as a decathlete was a pivotal moment. At UT, I majored in kinesiology with a specialization in strength and conditioning—a field that perfectly combined my academic interests with my love for competitive sports. Being part of the UT track team was a transformative experience: fortunately, we won plenty of championships and experienced firsthand what real Olympic-level training entails. This rigorous environment mixed with the education I was receiving was an awesome combo for my soon-to-be training career. This taught me the nuances of high-performance training and the power of a relentless work ethic.

Outside of competition, my commitment to fitness was enriched by volunteer work and mission trips, experiences that underscored the value of community and service. Today, as a strength coach and personal trainer, I channel these experiences into a passion for mentoring and motivating others. I am dedicated to proving that with the right guidance and determination, anyone can learn to train hard, surpass their limits, and feel incredible both physically and mentally.
