Join the HEAT community for an afternoon of movement, sunshine, and connection at Zilker Park! We’ll kick things off with an all-levels yoga session led by our very own Coley Mozilo, followed by a relaxed HEAT social hangout.

It's that time again! Our biggest party of the year is back and it's going to be bigger than EVER as we are celebrating 20 years of this incredible community! Join your fellow campers, coaches, and friends as we turn the studio into a winter wonderland and celebrate two decades of keeping Austin fit at HEAT!

• Live DJ, Haider dancing on tables
• Open bar with craft cocktails, beer, and mocktails
• Photo station to capture all the fun
• Coach Danny's annual pushup showdown (think you can take him this year?)

Dress Code: Holiday festive - This is Austin, so dress up or dress down; dress for bed or dress ready to hit the town! We don't care as long as you're there to celebrate with us.

This event is open to everyone, so bring your friends, partners, or your Uber driver. Let's raise a glass (or three) to our amazing community and finish the year the HEAT way.

We're turning 20 — and we're celebrating all fall long! So raise a glass (and a slice) with us to the next 20 years!

This is your chance to connect outside the gym, grab some pizza and drinks, and toast to two decades of HEAT community, grit, and good vibes. Bring your workout buddies, your +1, or anyone who's part of your HEAT story — the more the merrier!

Note: the 6:45pm bootcamp will be canceled that day!

HEAT's biggest party of the year is back! We're taking over a section of Cabana Club for an afternoon of music, sunshine, and the kind of good vibes only HEAT's community knows how to bring.

Join us Saturday, June 14, 2025 poolside from 3–6 PM for drinks, food trucks, and a live DJ. Whether you're diving in or vibing on the deck, it's the perfect chance to hang with your crew and meet other awesome people in the community.

Tickets are $20, and the first 30 people to grab theirs get an early bird price of just $15—so don't wait. Tickets go on sale Thursday, May 22! And all tickets come with a welcome drink.

Friends, partners, and non-members are all welcome too. The more, the better.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 26th—we're taking HEAT OFFSITE to Vanta Athletics, a killer rooftop soccer field in downtown Austin, for our 3rd Annual HEAT Field Day!

If you've never been to a field day before, imagine a high-energy mashup of bootcamp meets elementary school field day accessible to all fitness levels — complete with relay races, team challenges, and nonstop laughs — all led by four of your favorite HEAT coaches. This event is open to all and available to book NOW. You can use credits and your membership just like any other camp.

Don't miss the most fun, social, and sweat-filled workout of the year. We can't wait to see y'all there!

Join us for our next HEAT community social, Yoga in the Park, with our very own Gustavo Padron. We will be at Zilker Park between the volleyball courts and the rock island.

YOGA: 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., followed immediately by HEAT Social: 2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Join us for the annual HEAT Holiday Party, our biggest event of the year! Spend the night mingling with your fellow campers and coaches as we transform the studio into a winter wonderland — you will not want to miss it!

We have SO many fun activities for you to choose from:

• whether you're looking to jumpstart your fitness,
• focus on your wellness with a cold plunge or stretch therapy,
• score some incredible vintage finds,
• treat yourself to a freshly-baked pastry or fresh haircut
• AND a fun line-up of local vendors and health-conscious snacks and beverages.

Golden Mean will host a walk-in cyanotype art workshop, have a stick & poke artist in store, and R&R Bakery with fresh bread & pastries.

HEAT will kick things off with a high-energy workout. Afterwards, join us for cold plunges, stretch therapy, massage, and nutrition coaching to help you feel your best.

Shed Barbershop is ready to provide fresh haircuts, keeping you looking sharp while you enjoy the festivities.

Vinyl DJ Delton Gloss will be playing groovy feel good music throughout the day — parking lot dancing is encouraged!

Celebrate 18 years of fun, fitness, and community with HEAT at our White Linen Themed Summer Party hosted by HighBrow LowBrow on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 7pm–10pm. Oh yea, there's an open bar. Need we say more?

As some of you may know, two of our long-time members Michael & Alyssa Anselmo had to say goodbye to their youngest son Luke after his 15-month battle with a congenital heart defect in April 2021. To honor Luke and his Warrior Spirit, his parents along with the Dell Children's Foundation, started an endowment dedicated to funding medical research to improve the lives and care of kids born with congenital heart defects.

The HEAT for HEARTS Challenge will be partnering with Michael & Alyssa and the Dell Children's Foundation to raise money for The Luke Anselmo Endowment for Advanced Pediatric Heart Research.

The challenge will run the whole month of February with multiple sub-challenges running simultaneously. Each sub-challenge will have a coordinating value of raffle tickets a member will receive upon completion. The more tickets you earn, the more likely you'll win awesome prizes!

Save the date! Join the HEAT fam for THE party of the holiday season on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. for a night of merriment and shenanigans.

The studio will transform into a holiday Elf themed wonderland with live music and libations (open bar). If you have attended our parties in the years past, you know this isn't your basic boring company party.

Special guest "Mr. Gobbles" Aka (a coach in a turkey custom) will be on sight to take the ultimate Thanksgiving Holiday photo complete with a fancy fall backdrop that is instagram worthy… Like a Christmas photo, but 10x better!

Join us post camp or just skip camp and come hang out and enjoy your Thanksgiving munchies & mimosas. Photo opps are open to all, including pets and kiddos.
