Designed to build foundational strength, balance, and stability. Combining compound exercises with isolated single-sided movements, this camp will make you move stronger and smarter. 

Power

A high-energy strength and conditioning camp designed to push your limits. Combining heavy lifts with explosive cardio bursts, this workout builds power, endurance, and stamina.

Strength & Agility

A dynamic workout designed to improve athleticism—building strength and coordination in a fun, approachable way. Using lighter weights and faster-paced movements, this camp helps you move quicker and feel stronger. 

Tabata

A true tabata-style class that keeps you moving with short, intense intervals (25 seconds or less) and minimal breaks. Designed to maintain a consistently elevated heart rate, this workout builds speed, endurance, and explosive power.

MetCon

Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) is a high-intensity camp designed to build muscle, stamina, and overall fitness through longer, sustained intervals (30 seconds and above). This workout challenges your strength and conditioning while keeping your energy levels high.

Lower Body: Quads, Glutes, & Core (Monday) | Glutes & Hamstrings (Thursday)

Lower-body camps focus 60% on either quads & core (Monday) or glutes & hamstrings (Thursday), while still engaging all major lower-body muscles for a balanced burn. Expect a mix of any of our signature styles to keep every workout fresh, challenging, and effective.


Upper Body: Back, Shoulders & Abs
(Tuesday) | Chest, Arms & Abs (Friday)

Our upper-body sessions focus 60% on either back, shoulders & abs (Tuesday) or chest, arms & abs (Friday), delivering a well-rounded strength and definition workout. With a variety of our signature styles incorporated, each camp is dynamic and results-driven.
