Ready to Train With Your Crew?
Tell us a little about your goals. We'll match you with the perfect small group to keep you accountable, challenged, and motivated every step of the way.
Not at all. You sign up on your own and we take care of the rest. We'll place you in a crew of 4 based on your goals, your schedule, and your energy. All you have to do is show up.
How is SGPT different from HEAT Bootcamp Classes?
Group classes are built for a crowd. SGPT is built for you. With only 4 people per crew and a dedicated coach, every session is designed around the specific people in that room. Your goals, Your movement, Your progress. It's an entirely unique experience that can exist on it's own, or compliment our 1-on-1 PT or bootcamp classes very well.
How long is each session and how often will I train?
Every SGPT session is 50 minutes. Most members train 1–3x per week, but we'll talk through what works best for your goals and schedule during your initial call.
What are the 8-week blocks?
SGPT runs in structured 8-week training blocks. Each block is thoughtfully designed to build on the one before it, so your progress compounds over time. Your coach tracks where you started and adjusts your program as you grow. Nothing is random and everything has a purpose.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Tell us when you apply and your coach will design around it. With only 4 people in your crew, we have the bandwidth to truly understand your body and make sure every rep is working for you and not against you.
Is SGPT only for advanced athletes?
SGPT is for anyone who is serious about getting results, beginner or seasoned athlete. Your coach meets you exactly where you are and builds from there.
