I love the gym. I love working out. I always have. I don’t even know why exactly—it just feels good.

I was super active as a kid. I played sports growing up (hockey was my favorite), and at some point in middle school, I started lifting and just fell in love with it.

By my junior year of high school, I started taking it super seriously and saw real results. A big part of why I started working out was because I was small, insecure, and got picked on, but the gym helped me build confidence, stand my ground, and over time, it turned into a passion. I also had a lot of built-up anger, and the gym became my outlet for it.

I became obsessed with learning everything—fitness, nutrition, the body, mental health, and how it all connects.

In 2022, I competed in my first bodybuilding show and got down to around 3% body fat. It was insane, super challenging, but I’m glad I did it.

Now I coach, and I love it. It feels like exactly what I’m meant to do—helping people get better, build confidence, and become stronger in every way.
